Documentation and verification services for property sale:
Pre-sale
- Ensure the property has all required documents
- Review buyer credentials
- Enquire about the buyer’s source of income/occupation
- Prepare agreement of sale
- Register the agreement of sale
- Ensure advance payment is made officially
- Hand over property documents for buyer verification
- Prepare/Review the sale deed
- Involve concerned parties for registration
- Get and review tax receipts and bills
- Deal with government departments for pre-registration tasks

- Ensure all property liens are listed
- Obtain NOC and no dues letter from the society (if applicable)
Pre-registration
- Review the agreement of sale document
